By using AfriStream, you agree to use the service in a lawful, ethical, and responsible manner. This policy applies to all subscribers, affiliates, resellers, and anyone accessing the service.
Violations of this AUP may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund, and may be reported to relevant authorities.
2. Permitted Uses
You may use AfriStream IPTV for the following lawful purposes:
- Personal, private streaming of available content on your authorized devices
- Household sharing of the service within your plan's concurrent stream limits
- Accessing and watching live TV, VOD content, and sports events for personal enjoyment
- Participating in our affiliate program in accordance with affiliate program terms
3. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use AfriStream for any of the following:
3.1 Unauthorized Commercial Use
- Reselling or sublicensing access to the service without express written permission from AfriStream
- Using the service to operate a commercial streaming operation or IPTV reseller business without authorization
- Broadcasting or publicly displaying IPTV streams at commercial premises (bars, hotels, restaurants) without appropriate commercial licensing
- Charging other individuals fees in exchange for access to your AfriStream credentials
3.2 Intellectual Property Violations
- Recording, capturing, or downloading content from the service without express authorization from the content owner
- Redistributing, sharing, or uploading any content accessed through AfriStream to other platforms
- Circumventing or bypassing any digital rights management (DRM) or technical protection measures
3.3 System Abuse
- Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the AfriStream service
- Using automated scripts, bots, scrapers, or crawlers to access the service
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our servers, databases, or any system component
- Launching distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks or other forms of cyberattacks
- Sharing your M3U URL or IPTV credentials publicly (on forums, social media, etc.)
3.4 Illegal Activities
- Using the service for any activity that violates applicable local, national, or international law
- Using the service to access or distribute content involving minors in an inappropriate or harmful context
- Transmitting fraudulent, misleading, or harmful content
- Using the service in connection with any illegal enterprise or activity
3.5 Account Misuse
- Sharing your account credentials beyond your plan's device limits
- Creating multiple accounts to abuse free trials or promotions
- Providing false information during registration or payment
- Using stolen credit cards or payment information to subscribe
4. Content Responsibility
AfriStream provides access to channels and content from various sources. While we take steps to ensure content quality and legality, users bear responsibility for their own access to and use of content. You should not use the service to access content that is illegal in your jurisdiction, even if it is technically accessible through the service.
5. Monitoring and Enforcement
AfriStream reserves the right to monitor service usage to enforce this policy. We may implement technical measures to detect violations such as credential sharing beyond plan limits, account usage patterns consistent with unauthorized reselling, or automated access patterns.
Violations may result in, at our sole discretion: a warning, temporary account suspension, permanent account termination without refund, legal action, or reporting to relevant authorities.
6. Reporting Violations
If you become aware of a violation of this Acceptable Use Policy � including unauthorized reselling of AfriStream credentials, copyright violation, or system abuse � please report it to us at abuse@afristream.online. We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly.
7. Updates to This Policy
We may revise this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. Material changes will be communicated via email.
