1. Digital Services Nature

AfriStream provides a digital IPTV streaming service. As digital goods are delivered instantly and consumed immediately upon account activation, refunds are handled differently from physical products. We take a fair and reasonable approach to refund requests while protecting against fraudulent claims.

2. Free Trial Policy

Before purchasing any subscription, we offer a free 24-hour trial to all new users with no credit card required. We strongly encourage all prospective subscribers to take advantage of this trial to:

• Test channel availability in their country/region
• Verify compatibility with their specific devices and IPTV apps
• Test streaming quality with their internet connection
• Evaluate whether the service meets their entertainment needs

3. Eligible Refund Situations

We will issue a full or partial refund in the following situations:

• Service Not Activated: If your account was not set up or activated within 24 hours of confirmed payment due to an error on our part, you are entitled to a full refund.
• Duplicate Payment: If you were charged more than once for the same subscription period due to a technical error, the duplicate charge will be refunded.
• Major Service Failure: If AfriStream experiences a service outage exceeding 72 consecutive hours (not caused by your internet connection or device), we will provide a pro-rated credit or refund for the affected period.
• Unauthorized Payment: If you believe a payment was made without your authorization, contact us and your payment provider immediately with evidence of the unauthorized charge.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for the following:

• Change of mind after account activation and credential delivery
• Failure to use the service during the subscription period
• Buffering or quality issues caused by the user's internet connection (insufficient speed or unstable connection)
• Compatibility issues with devices that are not on our supported devices list
• User error in setting up the service (our support team is available 24/7 to assist)
• Account termination due to violation of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy
• Subscriptions that are more than 7 days into the current billing period (where the service was properly delivered)

5. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please:

1. Contact our support team within 7 days of your payment date

3. Include your account email, payment date, payment amount, and reason for your refund request
4. Provide any relevant evidence (screenshots of the issue, error messages, etc.)

We will review your request within 3-5 business days and notify you of the outcome via email.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. Cryptocurrency refunds may be issued as credit to your AfriStream account rather than returned to your wallet, due to transaction fee constraints.

7. Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. Chargebacks initiated without prior communication with AfriStream may result in immediate account suspension and a permanent ban from the service. We will respond to chargeback disputes with full documentation of service delivery.
