1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "Subscriber") and AfriStream ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the AfriStream IPTV streaming service, website, and all associated services (collectively, the "Service").

By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using any part of our Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction), have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be bound by them and our Privacy Policy.

2. Service Description

AfriStream provides access to an IPTV (Internet Protocol Television) service that allows subscribers to stream live television channels, video-on-demand content, and other media over the internet ("Content"). The service requires a valid subscription, compatible device, and adequate internet connection.

The specific channels, content, and features available may vary by subscription plan and are subject to change without prior notice. We do not guarantee the continuous availability of any particular channel or piece of content.

3. Subscription & Payment

3.1 Subscription Plans: We offer multiple subscription tiers (Starter, Standard, Ultimate) billed on monthly, quarterly, or annual cycles as described on our Pricing page.

3.2 Payment: You agree to pay all applicable fees for your chosen subscription plan. Payments are processed through our secure payment processors. All fees are stated in USD and are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy.

3.3 Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions may auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You are responsible for managing your subscription renewals.

3.4 Price Changes: We reserve the right to change subscription prices. Changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance for existing subscribers.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for personal, non-commercial purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws. You must not:

• Share your account credentials with others outside your household unit or beyond your plan's device limits
• Redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit any Content without explicit written authorization from AfriStream
• Use the Service in a way that infringes upon any intellectual property rights
• Attempt to circumvent any technical measures or access controls
• Use the Service to transmit spam, malware, or any harmful content
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service

5. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at support@afristream.online if you believe your account has been compromised.

AfriStream reserves the right to terminate any account that shares credentials outside the allowed device limit, engages in unauthorized reselling, or violates these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

All content made available through the Service is the property of AfriStream, its licensors, or content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view Content for personal use only. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership over any Content.

7. Service Availability & Warranties

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for technical issues caused by your device, internet connection, or third-party apps.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AfriStream and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use or inability to use the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the three months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service, without notice or liability, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Termination does not entitle you to a refund except as provided in our Refund Policy.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which AfriStream is registered, without regard to conflicts of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation followed by binding arbitration.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on the website. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
